Rules & Regulations for Students
To ensure discipline, attendance, and smooth functioning of the college, students are required to strictly follow the rules given below
College Timings & Dress Code
- College hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Attendance in prescribed uniform is mandatory
- Students without uniform will not be allowed to enter the campus
Leave Policy
- Leave will be granted only on information received from the registered mobile number of parents/guardians
- Requests from friends or any other person will not be entertained
Mobile Phone Policy
- Use of mobile phones during college hours is strictly prohibited
- In case of emergency, parents/guardians may contact the college's official mobile number only
Attendance Requirement
- As per university norms, a minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory to appear in examinations
- Students falling short of attendance will not be permitted to sit in exams
Fee Regulations
- Fees must be deposited within the stipulated time
- Delay in payment will attract a penalty per day, as per university rules
Discipline Rules
- Any act of indiscipline will be dealt with strictly in accordance with university regulations
